Accord Engineering was appointed to deliver the complete design, supply and installation of multiple architectural façade systems for the Lewisham Exchange development — a major student accommodation project in London.

Scope of Works

Accord Engineering delivered a fully coordinated façade package including:

  • External brick cladding systems

  • Aluminium feature metalwork

  • Aluminium rainscreen cladding

  • Aluminium windows and doors

  • Curtain walling systems

This complex project required close coordination between design, manufacturing and site installation teams to ensure seamless integration across multiple façade elements.
